An AI Governance Platform for Agents That Actually Take Action

Every tool call an agent makes is classified, gated, and logged — before it runs, not after something goes wrong. Governance is part of the execution path, not a dashboard you check afterward.

Talk to Sales

Risk classification on every tool call

Each action an agent takes, built-in or custom, is classified by risk level (low, medium, high, critical) and checked against policy before it executes. That applies uniformly whether the tool ships with Matimo or was added by your team — there's no separate, less-governed path for custom capabilities.

Human-in-the-loop where it matters

High-risk or critical actions, sending a message, modifying a record in a connected production system, can be configured to pause for human approval before they execute. Your administrators decide per agent where that line sits, so autonomy scales without removing a human from the decisions that warrant one.

A full audit trail, not a sample

Logins, agent executions, tool calls, approvals, and configuration changes are written to an audit log your tenant administrators can review — the record you need when something needs investigating, not just when something goes wrong.

Real multi-tenant isolation

Every data access path is scoped to your tenant at the application layer, reinforced by row-level security at the database layer as defence in depth. Governance doesn't stop at the tool call, it extends to what an agent, and the people using it, can even see.

Compliance evidence, honestly scoped

Matimo Enterprise includes compliance evidence reporting to support your own HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR programs, unlimited MCP servers, and a custom SLA. SSO/SAML is on our roadmap and not yet available — if that's a hard requirement for your rollout, talk to us about timing before you commit to a plan.

Who this is for

Regulated or risk-sensitive teams giving agents access to systems that actually matter — where "the agent did something" needs to come with a record of why it was allowed to, and a gate for the actions that shouldn't happen without a person saying yes.
